How long do pieces made to order take?
Some pieces, such as the baby blanket, the light cardigan and the backpack, are made after you order, in the colour and size you choose, and need 5–7 days before delivery. The piece’s card and page say so, and at checkout you choose a delivery day after the making time.
Are there other colours and sizes?
Choose the colour and size with the buttons on the piece’s page where there is a choice; the colours are beige, white, light pink, olive green and grey. If you would like a colour or size we do not list, message us on WhatsApp: we may be able to make it to order.
How do I care for knitted and crocheted pieces?
Hand wash them in cold water with a mild soap, do not wring them, and dry them flat in the shade. Keep wool pieces folded, not hung. The care guide for handmade pieces has the details, and each piece’s page says how to care for it.
When do you deliver, and what does it cost?
We deliver daily from 10:00 to 20:00, and at checkout you choose the delivery day and a two-hour slot. Orders placed before 6 pm arrive the next day in France, and in two to three days in the other emirates. Delivery is AED 20 in France and AED 30 to the other emirates, and free on orders over AED 250.
Can I exchange a piece?
Yes: unused ready pieces can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery in their original packaging. Pieces made to order in a colour or size you chose are exchanged only if they arrive with a making fault, which we repair or remake at no charge.

Do you make a piece to your own design?
Yes, within what we make: send us a photo of what you want on WhatsApp with the colour and size, and we tell you the price and the time it takes. Special pieces usually need a week or more.
What is the difference between cotton, wool and acrylic?
Cotton is light, takes washing well and suits bags and summer pieces; wool is warm and soft and needs a gentle hand wash; acrylic is light and easy to care for, and suits baby pieces and cushions. Each piece’s page gives its material.
Are the workshops for people who have never held a crochet hook?
Yes. The beginner crochet workshop starts with holding the hook and the yarn, and the macramé workshop needs no experience. The groups are small, up to 8 people, so we follow each participant step by step.
Can I send a piece as a gift to another address?
Yes. Put the recipient’s address and phone number as the delivery address and the card’s words in the order note, and we call the recipient to arrange the time without mentioning the price.
Can I change my delivery slot?
Yes, up to three hours before the slot, by phone or WhatsApp with your order number.
