We prepare orders daily at our studio in Al Barsha and deliver them from 10:00 to 20:00. Prices include VAT.

Pieces made to order
Some pieces, such as the baby blanket, the light cardigan, the backpack and the storage basket, are made after you order, in the colour and size you choose, in 5–7 days. At checkout you choose a delivery day after the making time, and we message you on WhatsApp when the piece is ready.
Delivery day and slot
At checkout you choose the delivery day and a two-hour slot: 10–12, 12–2 pm, 2–4, 4–6 or 6–8 pm, and we call you before we arrive.
Wrapping and gifts
We wrap every order in soft paper at no extra charge. If it is a gift, say so in the order note with the words for the greeting card, and we leave the invoice out of the box. If it goes to someone else, we call them to arrange the time without mentioning the price.
Workshops
Workshops need no delivery: we confirm your seat on WhatsApp and send you the date of the coming Saturday and the studio’s location, and you pay the workshop fee when you come. You can change the session or cancel at no charge up to 48 hours before the workshop.
Payment
You pay on delivery, in cash or by card. Nothing is paid in advance on the website.
Exchanges
- Unused ready pieces, yarn and tools can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery in their original packaging.
- If a piece arrives with a making fault or is not what you ordered, we repair or exchange it at no charge.
- Pieces made to order in a colour or size you chose are exchanged only if they arrive with a making fault.
- Every piece is made by hand, so it may differ a little in colour or size from the photo; this is not a making fault.
Changing or cancelling an order
You can change your order or its slot, or cancel it, at no charge up to three hours before the delivery slot, by phone or WhatsApp. A piece made to order can be cancelled at no charge within a day of ordering, before we start making it.
